"Canadian natural gas utilities' best practices in demand side management: study update" (April 16, 2009) The “Canadian natural gas utilities’ best practices in demand side management: study update” is the update of a report prepared in 2005 on the same subject. The 2008 report focus on updating best practices specifically related to monitoring and evaluation and the description of natural gas DSM activities in Canada.
