Chaque projet soutenu par le fonds GNFI doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res pr\u00e9cis, notamment l\u2019accent mis sur la performance environnementale et la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre (GES).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4078\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cga.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/CGA-and-NGIF-logos_02.png\" alt=\"CGA &amp; NGIF logos\" width=\"599\" height=\"238\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/CGA-and-NGIF-logos_02.png 750w, https:\/\/www.cga.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/CGA-and-NGIF-logos_02-300x119.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 599px) 100vw, 599px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La comptabilisation des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre du projet consiste \u00e0 quantifier dans quelle mesure un projet permettra de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions au cours d\u2019une p\u00e9riode donn\u00e9e. Les r\u00e9ductions d\u2019\u00e9missions sont calcul\u00e9es sur la base d\u2019un mod\u00e8le de cycle de vie qui prend en compte les \u00e9missions associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la production, au transport et \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation finale des produits. Le processus ci-dessous sert \u00e0 estimer les r\u00e9ductions d\u2019\u00e9missions pour les projets du fonds GNFI et est conforme \u00e0 la norme\u00a0ISO\u00a014064. Ce processus peut se diviser en quatre \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. D\u00e9finition du projet : <\/strong>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 indiquer le(s) produit(s) ou service(s) principal(aux) fourni(s) au moyen de la technologie\u00a0(p.\u00a0ex. production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, chauffage) ainsi que l\u2019unit\u00e9 fonctionnelle. L\u2019unit\u00e9 fonctionnelle correspond \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 des \u00e9missions associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la technologie, par exemple, tCO<sub>2<\/sub>e\/MWh d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite, tCO<sub>2<\/sub>e\/GJ de GNR produit, tCO2e\/syst\u00e8me de cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration install\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Projet et sc\u00e9narios de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>Il s\u2019agit ensuite de d\u00e9finir le sc\u00e9nario de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ainsi que les sources, les puits et les r\u00e9servoirs de GES\u00a0(SPR), puis de s\u00e9lectionner les SPR pertinents aux fins de quantification. Les SPR biog\u00e8nes sont exclus. Le sc\u00e9nario de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est d\u00e9fini comme le sc\u00e9nario qui a le plus de chances de se concr\u00e9tiser en l\u2019absence du projet.<\/p>\n<p>Les SPR sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, \u00e0 la production de mat\u00e9riaux et aux activit\u00e9s\u00a0(par exemple, la ventilation, les \u00e9missions fugitives ou les processus biologiques, tels que la digestion ana\u00e9robique). Exemples : combustion stationnaire, transport, production de mat\u00e9riaux, ventilation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Quantification des GES : <\/strong>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante, on \u00e9nonce les principaux param\u00e8tres d\u2019entr\u00e9e du projet et les hypoth\u00e8ses, tels que la technologie ou la dur\u00e9e de vie du projet, la consommation de carburant, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9quipement ou le service produit.<\/p>\n<p>Les param\u00e8tres d\u2019entr\u00e9e sont fournis sur une base annuelle ainsi que pour la capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019appareil commercialis\u00e9. Les param\u00e8tres peuvent \u00eatre fond\u00e9s sur des calculs techniques, des mod\u00e9lisations, des facteurs de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, des valeurs mentionn\u00e9es dans des publications ou des donn\u00e9es recueillies par le promoteur du projet.<\/p>\n<p>Le calcul des GES pour chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment des SPR du projet ainsi que pour l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence des SPR est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide de facteurs d\u2019\u00e9mission. L\u2019\u00e9cart entre les \u00e9missions r\u00e9sultant du projet et les \u00e9missions de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence des SPR correspond au potentiel global de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de GES du projet sur une base d\u2019intensit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. D\u00e9ploiement sur le march\u00e9 : <\/strong>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9tape finale, on \u00e9tablit les r\u00e9ductions de GES associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la commercialisation et au d\u00e9ploiement de la technologie.
