“Apart from Michael Mulcahy’s many personal attributes and leadership skills, he stood out in the utility industry for his constant focus on the customer. To Mike, all our efforts were to be measured on the basis of how they served the customer’s needs. We are delighted therefore to have established this particular award in his honour. On behalf of the Canadian Gas Association, I want to congratulate SaskEnergy for being the inaugural recipient, and for their ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer care.
