CGA recognizes the need to have agreements in place that provide the Canadian natural gas delivery industry a ready to use tool to assist each other during emergency response and recovery. This assistance includes providing personnel support, equipment and materials or other services in all types of emergencies. This is intended to help improve the timeliness and effectiveness of response and recovery from emergency events by clarifying the terms, conditions, and availability of mutual assistance in advance of potential emergencies.
